Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days on any package. You do not pay anything to start.
How do I pay?
bKash, Nagad, or any Visa, Mastercard or Amex card. Bank transfer for yearly packages.
Is VAT included in the price?
Prices shown are before VAT. VAT is added at checkout and shown on your receipt.
Can I change my package later?
Yes. Move up any time and pay only the difference for the days left.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It opens in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone.
Is my data safe?
Yes. It is kept on our server, not on your computer, so a broken or stolen PC loses nothing. Only your own staff can sign in to your workshop's data, and each person sees only the screens their role allows. Passwords are stored encrypted, never as plain text, and we never sell or share your data.
Can you bring in my old data from Excel?
Yes, as a paid add-on. It is free on the Custom package.
What happens if I do not renew?
Nothing is lost. For 7 days after your renewal date everything keeps working. After that the account becomes view-only: you can still sign in and see all your records, but you can't add new job cards or bills. Renew any time and carry on where you left off. We never delete your data without telling you first.
